※ When making a reservation, you are considered to have confirmed and agreed to the following: - Visitors other than those in the reservation are not allowed. Additional visitors and accommodations without prior notice will incur an additional fee of 30,000 won per person. - The bedroom opening and bed setting may vary depending on the number of guests in the reservation. Even if a small number of guests make a reservation, an additional cleaning fee of 20,000 won per room will be charged to open an additional room. (Bedding and amenities are provided according to the number of guests.) - For the safety and security of guests, CCTV is installed at the front door that only captures the outside of the entrance. (The inside of the accommodation is not filmed.) - As the surrounding area is a quiet residential area, please be mindful of indoor and outdoor noise after 10 p.m. We politely decline reservations for parties, loud singing, and other gatherings that may disturb the sleep of neighbors late at night. If complaints or reports are received due to noise, you may be asked to leave without a refund. - Smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation (including the veranda and bathroom). A fire alarm is installed in the accommodation. Additional charges may apply for problems caused by indoor smoking. - Please cooperate to maintain the accommodation in optimal condition. Our accommodation is a shoe-free accommodation according to Korean tradition. Please be careful not to get food, cosmetics, or foreign substances on the bedding. Balloons and tape are prohibited on the wallpaper. Dyeing is not allowed inside the accommodation, including in the bathroom. - Please contact the host in advance if there is damage or loss of facilities or items in the accommodation. Repair costs for the facilities and items may be charged. - Please wash and separate the dishes and tools you used. Additional cleaning fees may be charged if you leave without washing the dishes or separating food waste/recycling. - Simple cooking such as rice, fried eggs, and ramen is welcome. However, please refrain from cooking dishes with strong odors such as barbecue, grilled fish, seafood, and fried foods. Smoke may trigger the fire alarm. We ask for your understanding for everyone's comfortable stay. - All pets are lovely, but they are not allowed in our accommodation. - Please do not waste the accommodation's electricity, water, and heating/cooling facilities. If you intentionally cause economic damage to the host, you may be charged for it.
