House rules

Pets are not allowed. Please be quiet from 10 PM to 8 AM, and commercial photography and video recording are not allowed. Early check-in and late check-out cannot be requested on the same day. Advance consultation is required, and late check-out costs 10,000 won per hour. Please make a request in advance as cleaning time is required. Please take off your shoes indoors, and use bathroom slippers only in the bathroom. If you are caught smoking in the accommodation, a penalty of 500,000 won will be charged, and you may be asked to leave regardless of the time. Visitors other than those who made the reservation are prohibited from entering, and if caught, the entire premises will be asked to leave. Cooking with strong odors such as barbecue, pork belly, and fish is not allowed. Hair dyeing is not allowed in the accommodation.

숙소는 퀸 침대 2개, 공기청정기, 다이닝 테이블, 풀HD 빔 프로젝터(넷플릭스, 유튜브, 티빙, 웨이브 등 K-콘텐츠 로그인 없이 무료 시청), 전자레인지, 커피포트, 가스레인지, 제습기, 세탁기 등으로 구성됩니다. 욕실에는 샴푸, 린스, 바디워시, 드라이기, 수건이 구비되어 있습니다 (자세한 사항은 세부 정보 참조).

청결을 위해 침구류는 매번 세탁하고, 매트리스와 에어컨 또한 정기 관리합니다. 주차는 중형차 이하 1대 제한적 가능하며, 건물 특성상 입구에선 반지하이지만 반대편에선 1층입니다. 실내 금연, 밤 10시 이후 정숙을 부탁드리며, 4박 이상 숙박시 유료 중간 청소서비스와 당일이 아닌 사전 협의시 체크인/체크아웃 시간 조정 가능합니다.
