Out of consideration for the residents of the nearby residential area, please refrain from making loud noises inside the property after 9 PM. 3. There is an external CCTV for the safety of our guests. 4. There is an additional charge of 150,000 won per person per night for ✔︎ additional people who have not been notified to the host in advance. 5. This property does not have items suitable for pets, so they cannot be brought in. 6. For the next guest, please never put anything other than toilet paper in the toilet, as it may back up or cause a blockage. (Ex. wet tissues, hair, etc.) 7. In the kitchen? For the safety of our guests, there is no gas stove, so cooking is not possible, but simple cooking is possible with a microwave and coffee pot / Delivery food and outside food are possible. (However, an electric induction stove is provided for long-term guests.) 8. When checking out, please separate trash and wash the dishes you have used. 9.
