If full: Nearby parking lot available (25,000 KRW/day, extra charges upon exit)

No on-site parking available. Use nearby parking (25,000 KRW/day, extra charges upon exit)

Paper/Bottles/Cans: Dispose on the 1st floor

General waste: Use provided standard waste bags

Travel suitcases cannot be disposed

Food delivery packaging may be left inside the house.

- No cooking with strong odors (e.g., pork belly, steak, fish)

- Beware of fire alarms (may trigger due to smoke)

- You are responsible for any damage or stains

- Keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM (No birthday songs)

- Change of stay dates: Request at least 7 days before check-in
