- Home for Home is a 20-year-old detached house.
Since we are growing flower beds in front of us, we can come in when small bugs come in.
We provide mosquito-catching pesticides and mosquito electronic repellents, so please use them if you need them.

- Please close the middle door and window. ?
The house is located close to the main road, which can cause vehicle noise outside the windows.
And since the nearby building is under construction, we set the price at a discount from the normal price. ?
There is some noise from 8am to 6pm but no noise from construction in the evening and at night. If you need earplugs, I will prepare them for you so please let me know. ?
Noise-sensitive customers should make a reservation after making a careful decision.
I'm informing you of these two things in advance, so please understand that refunds due to this are not possible. ?

Security cameras and smart door locks installed at the outside entrance will be checked through CCTV at check-in, and visitors other than the number of reservations will not be allowed to enter.

✔ Accommodation regulations
- Parking in the building is not allowed and public transportation is recommended. Please use the nearby parking lot.
- Our accommodation is absolutely non-smoking (including e-cigarettes) and pets are not allowed.
If you smoke, the alarm goes off and you violate the above, you will be charged a special cleaning fee.
- Always replace bedding and towels with new ones and provide them after disinfection. (Due to the nature of the bedding material, it wrinkles easily.)
- If sofas, bedding, rugs, etc. are contaminated with food, laundry, and product costs, you may be charged.
- Damage or loss of items with rooms may be liable depending on the initial purchase price.
- We are not responsible for any accident caused by the guest's carelessness during the stay.
- Do not grill meat and fish or cook with strong spices for the next guest.
- If you exceed the number of people without permission or cause excessive disturbance to your neighbors, you must immediately leave.
- It is difficult for minors to use the accommodation. Please use the accommodation with your guardian.
- Please sort general waste, recycling, and food waste.
- Due to a violation of the rules of use, a refund is not possible at check-out, so please comply with the accommodation regulations.

I made it with the thought of a comfortable and cozy second home for guests traveling in Seoul.

Sungshin Women's University is located, so you can feel the youth and lively atmosphere near the station, and if you come to the accommodation across the street, you can feel the calm and cozy atmosphere of the neighborhood.

It is a calm and comfortable space with a green mood. There are tables and chairs separately prepared in the room, so you can do simple tasks.

In addition, there is a toilet inside, so you can stay more private.

It has a fresh atmosphere with colorful colors such as pretty posters and watches.

-Living room ?

It's a neat, cozy atmosphere in midcentury style. We have a 65-inch smart TV, so you can watch Netflix and YouTube as well.

-Kitchen ?

We have prepared kitchen utensils and simple condiments so that you can cook simple dishes at your travel destination.

The toilet is equipped with a bidet.
