Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM, as this is a residential building.
Repeated noise complaints (2 or more) may result in early termination of the stay without refund.
Children may play in the upper loft area; however, running or jumping on the lower floor is not permitted.

? Rooftop Terrace Guidelines
Please ensure that children are always supervised on the terrace.
For fire safety reasons,barbecue and open flags are not allowed.

Advance notice is required if parking is needed, as an access password is required for entry and exit.
Mechanical parking is available for up to 2 vehicles.
