House rules

1. After 8 PM, please be considerate of residents and avoid making noise.

2. Smoking is prohibited within 100 meters inside and outside the building.

3. Do not exceed the number of guests allowed by the contract.

4. Please sort your trash accordingly (plastic/glass/cans/general waste).

5. After using dishes, please wash them and place them in the stainless-steel basket.

6. Towels should be placed in the basket on the bottom shelf next to the bathroom for easy laundry.

7. When leaving or checking out, make sure to turn off the air conditioning and electricity.

Ddp Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station 3 minutes 2 Rooms 3 Beds

Just a 3-minute walk from Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station (DDP), this space is ideal for families or friends as it is located in the heart of the city. It’s quiet and cozy since it's situated in a residential area.

You can reach Hongdae and Gangnam in 20 minutes. The subway lines 2, 4, and 5 are very close by, making it convenient for shopping, visiting Gyeongbokgung Palace, and attending K-POP concerts.

I started hosting because I wanted to provide guests with great memories, just like the wonderful experience I had during my travels abroad using Airbnb.

Although I haven’t been hosting for long, I will do my best to ensure that my guests have a comfortable stay, despite my inexperience.

The larger room features a queen bed and a single bed, while the smaller room has a super single bed.

The dining room is a great space for meals and watching TV. With a well-ventilated kitchen and a comfortable sofa, the dining room is pleasant and cozy.

There is a private bathroom, and a washing machine with drying capabilities is available.

Rhea House is located to the north near Cheonggyecheon, to the west near Euljiro-dong, to the east near Sindang-dong, and to the south along Toegye-ro, close to Pil-dong and Jangchung-dong. It’s also near Dongdaemun Design Plaza (Dongdaemun History & Culture Park), Dongdaemun Market, and Pyeonghwa Market, which are all shopping hubs. Gwangjang Market, Saewoonsangga, and Inhyeon Market are nearby for food, fashion, and entertainment.
