부산 토박이로 살면서 부산 영도의 아름다움이 많이 숨겨져있다고
생각했습니다. 그래서 영도의 아름다움과 영도 바다만의 매력을 다양한 사람들에게 보여주고 싶어서 시작했습니다.
진짜 부산 스타일의 항만뷰와 부산항대교 뷰를 볼수있는 위치를 엄선하고 엄선해서 찾았고 직접 리모델링을 관리감독해서 저만의 부산 스타일을
만들어냈습니다.
가족단위로 올수있도록 20평대로 넓은 집을 만들었고
탁트인 공간을 위해서 옥상이 사용가능한 4층으로 시작했습니다.
조명과 화이트, 우드톤의 인테리어로 밝고 따뜻한 느낌을 내었고
자녀들이 다치지 않도록 문틀을 모두 제거하고 새 문으로 교체하였습니다.
바다뷰 만으로는 너무 정적이지 않을까 하여 빔 프로젝트를 비치했습니다.

You can use either space comfortably, but please be careful when parking as there is a slope. ?Please contact us if there is a problem. ?Please note that a guidance message regarding the keypad password for your room will be sent at 8:00 AM on the day of check-in. ?☞ WIFI ? - A WiFi router is located in the living room, and you must use 2.4G to use it in a wider area. WIFI ID: U+Net60E0 Password: KCD52#D49C You can also connect directly with the QR code on the router. ☞ Living room/bedroom/hallway? - For indirect lighting in the living room and bedroom, you can create a good atmosphere by manually turning on the switch next to the outlet. However, please make sure to turn off the hallway lights when you do not move around frequently or when not in use!!? ☞ Hot water/heating?️ - There is equipment to control the boiler in the bedroom. - Please note that the hot water/heating can be adjusted separately. If you turn on the hot water/heating together, it will be very hot in the summer, so please use only hot water. - Hot water may suddenly come out when using hot water.
