Infants over 24 months must also be checked in the number of guests, and if the number of guests is falsified, an additional fee may be charged or the guest may be forced to leave without a refund. 3. If there are traces of smoking indoors (smell, cigarette butts, etc.), an additional cleaning fee will be charged. 5. As this is an apartment complex, please be mindful of noise. If a complaint is made due to noise, the guest will be forced to leave without a refund. 6. If the accommodation's items are damaged or destroyed and cannot be restored, the guest must compensate. 7. Cooking of food with strong odor is prohibited. (Meat, fish, etc.) 8. Pets are not allowed. 9. Do not damage areas marked as staff use. 10. Do not put foreign substances in the toilet. It may clog the toilet, and repair costs will be charged in the event of a breakdown. 11. Actions that may cause severe contamination are prohibited. (Ex. dyeing) 12. Minors are not allowed to use the facility. 13. Illegal acts are prohibited. 14. 하지만 무료로 제공해 드리는 것이기 때문에 의견은 반영해 드리기

어렵습니다. 단 기념일의 종류, 나이 ,성별 등을 알려주시면 최대한

맟춰서 준비해 드립니다.

1. 입실은 4시/ 퇴실은 11시 입니다.

얼리 체크인과 레이트 체크 아웃은 추가 요금이 발생합니다.

(시간 당 1만원, 최대 2시간)

2. 최대 인원은 5명 입니다. 24개월 이상의 유아도 인원수에 체크해야

하며, 입실 인원을 속이는 경우 추과금을 부과하거나 환불 없이 강제

퇴실 될 수 있습니다.

3. 방문객도 인원으로 체크해야 합니다.

(문밖 cctv로 촬영중 입니다. )

4. 숙소에서 절대 금연 입니다. 흡연은 밖으로 나가서 흡연해주세요.

실내흡연의 흔적(냄새, 꽁초 등) 이 있을 시 추가 청소비가 청구 됩니다.

5. 공동 주택인 만큼 소음에 유의해주세요. 소음 발생으로 인한 민원이

제기되면 환불 없이 강제 퇴실 됩니다.

6. 숙소의 물품이 파손되거나 손상되어 복구가 불가능한 경우 게스트가

보상해야 합니다.

7. 냄새가 심하게 나는 음식의 조리를 금지합니다. (고기류 생선류 등)

8. 반려동물 동반 불가 입니다.

9. 스텝용으로 표시된 곳은 훼손하지 말아주세요.

10.변기에 이물질을 넣지 마세요.변기가 막 힐 수 있고, 고장 시 수리비가

청구됩니다.

11.심한 오염이 생길 수 있는 행위를 금합니다.(ex염색)

12.미성년자는 이용이 불가 합니다.

13.불법적인 행위를 금지합니다.

14. 숙소 내 에서는 신발을 벋고 이용해주세요.

<이용 안내>---------------------------------------------

1.비밀번호는 게스트님의 입실 시간에 맞춰 변경되고 퇴실 때 까지만

사용이 가능하십니다.

2.문 안쪽에는 안심 잠금 고리, 문밖에는 사설 경비 업체 CCTV가 달려 있어 안전하게 지내실 수 있습니다.

3. 침구류와 수건 일체는 체크아웃시 전체 수거하여 새것으로 교체합니다.

4.커피캡슐은 인원수대로 숙박하시는 날짜만큼 제공 됩니다.

5.쓰레기는 분리수거함에 분리수거 해주시면 호스트가 처리합니다.

(분리수거가 힘들면 얘기해주세요. )

6.음식물 쓰레기는 음식물 처리기에 넣어 음식물이 모이면 작동시켜 주세요. 작동 후 음식물 쓰레기 봉투에 담아주세요.

7.주차는 3분거리 공영주차장을 이용해주세요.
