House Rule
[Note] ✔️ Arowa has CCTV installed on the 3rd floor corridor stairs for the safety and security of guests and to check the number of people. CCTV is used only for safety and accommodation management purposes. ✔️ The house next door is inhabited by neighbors. Please refrain from making loud noises after 8 PM and be polite while staying. ✔️ Pets are not allowed. ✔️ Entry of people who have not made a reservation in advance will be grounds for forced eviction and no refund will be given. (It is not allowed for the simple purpose of visiting, and there is an additional cost for additional people.) ✔️ Cooking food with a lot of smoke or smell is prohibited in the accommodation. (Absolutely no grilling of meat such as pork belly) ✔️ Smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation. (Including cigarettes and electronic cigarettes) ✔️ A special cleaning fee of 200,000 won and the cost of the accommodation that will be canceled the next day will be charged if smoking occurs. ✔️ Please wash the dishes and utensils you have used. ✔️ Please separate and dispose of trash in the multipurpose room recycling bin provided in the accommodation. ✔️ Please put food waste in a white bag and put it in the food waste collection box located in the multipurpose room and close the lid tightly. (White bag - provided in the sink drawer) ✔️ Please understand that compensation may be claimed if all furniture and props in the accommodation are damaged. ✔️ This is a quiet residential area, so if there is a complaint due to loud noise, you will be asked to vacate immediately and there will be no refund, so please refrain from making loud noises. ✔️ Please make sure to turn off electronic appliances such as air conditioners, boilers, hair dryers, and induction stoves when going out and checking out. ✏️ Reservations are subject to agreement to the above.

사진보다 더 넓고, 깨끗하고, 편안한 공간이었습니다.
3층 계단이었지만 계단이 높지 않아서 힘들지 않았고, 현관문 안쪽은 다른 세상처럼 정갈한 인테리어로 해두셔서 너무 좋았습니다. 주변에 맛있는 음식점, 석촌호수까지 걸어다닐만한 거리에 다 있어서 편했고요. 다음에도 재방문 의사 있는 곳입니다.Oct 2024
