This is Horang Stay, who dreams of "a cozy resting place."
Horangstay contains the name of a cute and precious child in the host's house. It is a space prepared for all family members and friends to come and relax.
You can feel the warm atmosphere with the beauty of wood and wood furniture that preserved the wooden ceilings of the old building completed in 1988. During your stay, we will also introduce you to famous restaurants and cafes near your accommodation :)

▪️ It takes about 8 minutes to walk from Cheongnyangni Station to the dorm

▪️ Please understand that the accommodation located on the 3rd floor of the building does not have an elevator.

▪️ Cctv is installed in the hallway of the building for security and safety.

* Need to adjust cleaning time in advance

▪️ The standard number of people is 2 and up to 5 people can enter (no companion animals)

* From three people, an additional fee of 20,000 won will be incurred per person.
* Only pre-booked people can visit and stay at the accommodation. You can check-out without a refund if more people are admitted.

1~2 people: Set bedding for 1 queen bed in a large room
3~4 people: Set up 2 bedrooms in a large room
More than 5 people: Setting all bed bedding in the accommodation

▪️ Kitchen - Refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, gas stove, various cooking utensils and tableware, basic condiments (sugar, salt, cooking oil)
▪️ Bathroom - Best Hotel Towel, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Cleansing Foam, Dryer, Disposable Toothbrush & Toothpaste, Body Towel

⚠ ️ All damage, contamination, or loss of property indoors and outdoors will be liable for compensation, and restoration and replacement costs and business damage will be charged.
⚠️ All utility bills are included in the management fee, but additional charges may be incurred for excessive use.

❗ Do not wear indoor shoes

❗ Absolute prohibition of indoor and veranda smoking (Danger of fire alarm, special cleaning cost 200,000 won when caught)

❗ No food on the bed and rug. (Charge 50,000 won for laundry and replacement if contaminated with bedding)

❗ Simple cooking indoors is possible, but food with strong smell and smoke cannot be cooked. (Grilling or frying dishes such as pork belly, barbecue, fish, etc.)

❗ Do not put various foreign substances (food, wet wipes, sanitary napkins, bottle caps, etc.) into the toilet

❗ This is a resting place located in a quiet residential area. No loud music, loud singing or partying after 21:00 p.m. (Action to be taken in case of a civil complaint)

❗ If visitors other than the number of reservations or additional people are caught, they may be checked out without a refund.
