❤ Precautions for using accommodation & prohibitions
Please read the prohibitions for the safety of guests and the prevention of civil complaints.

⚠ ️ All damage, contamination, or loss of objects indoors and outdoors shall be liable for compensation,
You will be charged for recovery and replacement, as well as for operating damages.
⚠️ All utility bills are included in the management fee, but additional charges may be incurred for excessive use.

▪️ Absolute prohibition of indoor and veranda smoking (Danger of fire alarm, fine of 200,000 won for detection)
▪️ Do not eat food on beds and lugs. (Charge for washing and replacement if contaminated with bedding)
▪️ Simple cooking indoors is possible, but food with strong smell and smoke cannot be cooked.
(Cooking or frying meat, fish, etc.)
▪️ Do not put various foreign substances (food, wet wipes, sanitary napkins, bottle caps, etc.) into the toilet
▪️ No loud music, loud singing, parties, etc. late at night shall be prohibited, and measures to immediately leave the office in the event of a noise complaint

[Dongdaemun / Cheongnyangri Station] Cozy stay / cozy emotional accommodation / DDP / Myeongdong

This is Horang Stay, who dreams of "a cozy resting place."

Horangstay contains the name of a cute and precious child in the host's house. It is a space prepared for all family members and friends to come and relax.

You can feel the warm atmosphere with the beauty of wood and wood furniture that preserved the wooden ceilings of the old building completed in 1988. During your stay, we will also introduce you to famous restaurants and cafes near your accommodation :)

* Station area accommodation

▪️ Arrive at the accommodation at Incheon International Airport at once (get off at Cheongnyangni Station after getting on the airport bus 6002)

▪️ It takes about 8 minutes to walk from Cheongnyangni Station to the dorm

* Hot place within 30 minutes of accommodation (Cheongnyangni Station)

▪️ DDP, Dongdaemun Station 10 minutes / Jongno 5-ga (Insa-dong, Gwangjang Market) 10 minutes

▪️ Gyeongbokgung Station 20 minutes / Myeongdong Station 20 minutes

▪️ Hyehwa Station 15 minutes / Euljiro Entrance Station 20 minutes

▪️ Yeouinaru Station(Han River) 30 minutes / Gangnam Station 30 minutes / Hongdae Entrance 30 minutes

▪️ Please understand that the accommodation located on the 3rd floor of the building does not have an elevator.

▪️ Cctv is installed in the hallway of the building for security and safety.

* 10,000 won per hour at early check-in/rate check-out

* Need to adjust cleaning time in advance

▪️ The standard number of people is 2 and up to 5 people can enter (no companion animals)

* From three people, an additional fee of 20,000 won will be incurred per person.

* Only pre-booked people can visit and stay at the accommodation. You can check-out without a refund if more people are admitted.

▪️ No parking is allowed in the building. Free parking is available in empty spaces in the public parking lot right across from the building.

1~2 people: Set bedding for 1 queen bed in a large room

3~4 people: Set up 2 bedrooms in a large room

More than 5 people: Setting all bed bedding in the accommodation

▪️ Bathroom - Best Hotel Towel, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Cleansing Foam, Dryer, Disposable Toothbrush & Toothpaste, Body Towel

▪️ Veranda - washer, dryer (not available as host-only appliances for accommodation management)

* If you need long-term guests (3 days or more), please contact the host in advance.

❗ This is a resting place located in a quiet residential area. No loud music, loud singing or partying after 21:00 p.m. (Action to be taken in case of a civil complaint)

❗ If visitors other than the number of reservations or additional people are caught, they may be checked out without a refund.
