❣️ I am Sunny, your host, and I want to provide you with a clean space and a comfortable stay.
❣️ This is a tidy accommodation that was renovated in July of this year. All bedding and towels have been washed at high temperatures and sanitized.
❣️ Directions from the airport to the accommodation:
Subway: Incheon Airport Terminal 2 / Airport Railroad → DMC (Transfer) Line 6 → Hapjeong Station
Airport Bus: Incheon Airport / Bus No. 6002 → Hapjeong Station
❣️ Check-in and Check-out Times:
Check-in: After 3:00 PM
Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
(Please adhere to these times to allow for cleaning for other guests.)
Early check-in and late check-out incur an additional fee of 10,000 KRW per hour. Please contact us in advance if you require these services.
❣️ The accommodation is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Please be cautious as the stairs are a bit dimly lit.
❣️ Free parking for one car is available in front of the accommodation. However, parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. If no parking spot is available, please use the paid parking lot located 1 minute behind the accommodation (Hapjeong-dong No. 2 Parking Lot, 1,700 KRW per 10 minutes).
❣️ Bedding will be provided according to the number of guests:
1–2 guests: 1 Queen bed
3–4 guests: 2 Queen beds
5 guests: 2 Queen beds and a sofa bed
For a stay of 5 guests, the pads and blankets are in the bed drawer of Bedroom 2.
An additional charge of 15,000 KRW will be applied for extra bedding beyond the number of guests booked. Please request this in advance.
❣️ The Wi-Fi password is displayed on the table in Bedroom 1.
❣️ Please use your own personal OTT accounts (such as Netflix or Disney+) for streaming services.
❣️ This accommodation is officially registered as a foreign tourist accommodation. Legal stays for local residents are only available through WeHome.
❣️ Bedroom 1: Warm lighting with a queen bed, sofa bed, hotel-style bedding, bedside table, tea table, and a projector. Full-length mirror and Wi-Fi.
❣️ Bedroom 2: Soft lighting with a queen bed, bedside table, vanity, mirror, clothes hanger, and a fan. Cordless vacuum, hair dryer, hair straightener, and brush.
❣️ Bathroom: Shampoo, conditioner, body cleanser, toothpaste & toothbrush set, body towel. Hand wash, facial cleanser, cotton pads, cotton swabs, hair ties.
❣️ Living Room and Kitchen: Dining table and chairs. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and gas stove.
❣️ Various Cooking Utensils: Tableware, pots, frying pan, cups (wine glasses, soju glasses), condiments (salt, sugar, red pepper flakes, oil, soy sauce, vinegar)
? Check-in and check-out are self-service.
? Accommodation is available only after 3 PM when cleaning is completed.
? After confirming your reservation, we will provide the detailed address and send a guide about the accommodation on the day of check-in.
? Please be quiet and considerate to neighbors after 10 PM, and avoid making noise.
(In case of noise complaints, you will be required to check out without a refund, and costs for resolving the complaint will be charged.)
? If you are planning an all-night party or drinking gatherings, please choose another accommodation.
? Pets are not allowed.
? Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited in all areas of the accommodation.
(Smoking will incur additional cleaning fees for odor removal from bedding, wallpaper, etc.)
? Simple cooking is allowed, but cooking foods with strong odors is prohibited.
Fish, pork belly, mala soup, tom yum, cheonggukjang, durian, etc., are not allowed.
(If prohibited foods are cooked, additional cleaning fees for odor removal from bedding, wallpaper, etc., will be charged.)
? Eating food on the bed is strictly prohibited.
(Additional costs will be charged for special laundering if bedding is soiled.)
? Hair dyeing is not allowed inside the accommodation.

? Please pay special attention to safety if you are accompanying infants.
? Please remove your shoes and wear indoor slippers inside the accommodation.
? Only the number of people specified in the reservation are allowed to stay, and please adhere to the check-out time.
(An additional charge of 30,000 won per person will be applied for any extra guests.)
? Please do not flush sanitary products, wipes, or food waste down the toilet other than the provided toilet paper.
(The toilet may become clogged.)
? Please handle all facilities and equipment in the accommodation with care.
(Damage to property may result in charges, and please contact us if any issues arise.)
? Please do the dishes and sort the trash when checking out.
