Here are some things to know about using the accommodation. ✓ Bedding use • Reservation for 1~2 people: 1 bed used • Reservation for 3~4 people: 2 beds used ※ If the reservation details and usage details are different, an additional fee will be charged. ✓ Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation. ※ If you smoke, a cleaning fee of 200,000 won and the accommodation fee for the next guest will be charged. ✓ Please understand that if there is a complaint from the neighbors due to noise, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. ✓ Please be careful that you will be charged for using the amenities in the Staff Only area. ✓ You will be charged for any contamination that cannot be removed by washing on the bedding/towels. (No dyeing) ✓ Do not put foreign substances, including toilet paper, in the toilet. ✓ Be careful not to fall when using the stairs in the bathroom. ✓ Wash all the dishes and tools you have used. ✓ Separate and dispose of trash in the recycling bin in the laundry room. ✓ Please seal food waste to prevent bugs. ✓ Minors and pets are not allowed to stay. ✓ When going out, please turn off electrical appliances, and make sure the door lock is operating normally and the door is completely closed. All bedding is washed every time, and is regularly disinfected by a professional company. However, please understand that it is difficult to completely control the situation due to the nature of the house, and please close the windows (mosquito screens) and the front door properly.

1. Worked on it for nearly a year. Filled it all with new ones.

2. We aim for the cleanest and cosiest spaces in Songpa, Jamsil, and Songridan-gil.

- It may not be perfect, but I want to remain the cleanest and most comfortable place in the customers' memory.

- Leo and his family live 10 minutes away from their accommodation. They do their best to take care of them.

3. We considered all the inconveniences of Leo's family traveling.

- Even small details such as furniture arrangement, space composition, and home appliances were designed from the guest's point of view.

4. Songridan-gil, Han River, Lotte Tower, Lotte Mall, Seokchon Lake, Olympic Park, subway station.

- There is no better place to enjoy Jamsil, the center of Seoul. (except Lotte Signiel ^^)
