(No window safety facilities) ※ No entry for more people than the number of people reserved. If caught, you will be asked to leave. (No refunds) ※ Please eat at the table. (An additional laundry fee of 50,000 won will be charged if the bedding is contaminated.) ※ Laundry is not available. Please use the laundry room located 5 minutes away on foot. (Available for stays of more than a week.) ※ If you want cleaning and bedding change during stay, it is possible for 25,000 won per stay. ※ It is located in a quiet residential area. Please be mindful of noise after 10 pm. ※ Entry to the 5th floor is strictly prohibited. This is the living space of residents on the 5th floor. ※ Reservations cannot be made as a party room. (In case of noise complaints, forced eviction without warning, no refund) ※ Smoking and electronic cigarettes are not allowed in the building and the accommodations (fire alarm will sound) (If traces of smoking are detected, a penalty of 200,000 won will be charged) ※ For safety, please smoke outside the building. Do not throw away cigarette butts in front of the building. ※ Pets are not allowed. (If detected, a fee of 200,000 won will be charged) ※ In accordance with the public accommodation pilot agreement, when making a reservation, you will be considered to have confirmed and agreed to the above contents.
