The Kim family of three generations has been born and lived in this house, becoming wholesome adults. Wanting to remember Mom side family name, Ahn安, we named it Ahn Stay. Just as our family grew into wonderful adults by receiving good vibes from this space, we hope you feel relaxed and comfortable rest in this house too.

✓ Smoking is strictly not allowed (due to Hanok wooden structure, In case of smoking detection, we demand a fine and damages according to Airbnb regulations)

✓ Please keep noise levels low after 8 p.m.

✓ Cooking allowed, but no grilling of meat, fish, or strong odors

✓ Trash and food waste bags provided (Please leave the plastic bags on the sink)

✓ Immediate cancelation with a non-refundable policy will be applied if the number of guests exceeds the reservation without any prior notice

✓ In case of property damage, we may request compensation according to Airbnb regulations. (Please contact/message the host in this case)

✓ No parties allowed (e.g., bridal showers, birthdays with wall decorations)

✓ Please make sure to turn off all heating electronic appliances (induction stove, electric kettle, hairdryer, air conditioner, etc.)

✓Upon checkout, please kindly separate recyclables, wash the dishes, and tidy up the space
