It is the top third floor of a three-story townhouse building located on the hillside where the old beacon fire station used to be. So it is a place with a great view and phytoncides released from the cypress forest, making the air refreshing. It has an actual rating of 12 pyeong and has 2 rooms, 1 kitchen, and 1 veranda. The entire building has been remodeled and even water pipes have been replaced to provide a clean environment. This is a place where residents go about their daily lives and are very sensitive to noise, so please be careful.
