Please keep noise to a minimum in the elevators and hallways to respect our neighbors. I am proud to welcome polite and consider guests like you into my home! Do not respond to anyone who comes to the door unannounced. No outsiders are allowed to visit the apartment (except delivery personnel). Even if it's the building manager, do not answer the door. If there's a need for management, I will handle it. Just message me and relax. To cooperate with building management and protect your stay, I have prepared documents similar to a domestic lease agreement. This is not reported to any government body and will not cause you any inconvenience. It simply states that you are renting my home. For this, I kindly request your full name, ID number, and contact details (phone, email, WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, etc.). This information will be securely stored during your stay and promptly destroyed after check-out.
