House rules

1. Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
2. Smoking is prohibited throughout the property (including the rooftop and stairs). There is a daycare center right next door, so please be careful!
3. Only the number of people who have made a reservation can use it. There is a fine of 50,000 won for unreported additional guests. If additional people are added, please contact us and use the room after paying an additional fee.
4. It is a residential area. Loud noise late at night may cause inconvenience to residents. In particular, when using the rooftop, please refrain from making as much noise as possible after 9 p.m.
5. Food with a strong odor (ex. fish) cannot be cooked indoors.
6. Please make sure to turn on the kitchen ventilation hood when cooking.
7. Excessive noise is prohibited after 9 PM. Please be mindful as we are located in a residential area. Especially in open spaces like rooftops, please exercise extra caution. In case of noise complaints, we may need to ask guests to leave without refund, even during the early hours.
8. Our walls and bedding are white and susceptible to stains. Please handle with care.
9. We reserve the right to claim compensation for any damaged or lost items.
10. Please do not clean stains with white towels. Please use the designated cleaning cloths provided separately. A fee of 10,000 KRW per stain will be charged for cleaning stains such as cola or wine.
11. Please turn off air conditioning, heating, and electronic devices when leaving or checking out.
12. Dispose of food waste by draining excess moisture into the designated organic waste bin and securely closing the lid. Please separate general waste and recyclables and place them in the bins provided at the entrance.

mapo haru

Mapo Haru is a 5-minute walk from Gongdeok Station, where four subway lines pass. In particular, it is available within 5 minutes from Seoul Station and within 1 hour from Incheon Airport by using the Airport Railroad. The house is a two-story house with a staircase connected to the rooftop inside the house, and the rooftop is available for use.
