[Maru house] is a space where you can feel the same emotions from when you were a child, lying on the country floor, taking a nap under the gently blowing breeze and warm sunlight, and completely healing without any worries.
This is an accommodation that was created with great care and consideration for a long time so that guests can have a comfortable rest and make fun memories.
4. Other house rules
■ This is a space where the households next door live together. If there are complaints from neighbors due to loud noise after 10 p.m., you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.
■ If more people than the reservation are confirmed to be in the room, you will be asked to leave the room immediately. (Please inquire in advance if additional people are added to the room.)
■ Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation. If you smoke, you will be charged a cleaning fee of 200,000 won and a cancellation fee for the next guest.
■ Please note that compensation may be claimed for damage, loss, or theft of wallpaper, flooring, furniture, and facilities within the accommodation. (No dyeing allowed)
■ Please separate waste and wash dishes before checking out.
■ CCTV is installed outside the entrance for accommodation security, guest safety, and personnel check. No photos are taken inside the accommodation.
■ In Korea, shoes are not worn at home, so please make sure to take them off.
■ Minors and pets are not allowed.
■ If you leave the front door and window open, bugs may come in, so close them tightly.
■ There is a coin laundry a 1-minute walk away.
When making a reservation for accommodation, you are deemed to have confirmed and agreed to the above contents.
When checking out, please be sure to turn off the electricity, air conditioner, etc. before leaving.
