Excellent place. It was clean and close to two subway stations. Quiet at night with many local shops nearby. If you want mega malls, Wangsimni is also just a short walk away. The residential unit was a good way to experience local living.
The stairs were a little tricky, but the hosts graciously helped with my elderly aunt and uncle's bags when they checked out (because I had to leave early). Even my elderly Asian aunt and uncle approved of the place, so there's that!
The property is in a very convenient location, perfect for exploring the city. The interior is clean and cozy, and the bedding is as comfortable as a hotel. The hosts, Simon and Jenny, were very friendly and responsive, and were kind enough to answer questions. The property is decorated with a modern theme and has everything you need, making you feel like your own home. There are many local commercial districts near the accommodation, so there is a lot to see, and there are washing machines and dryers, making it convenient for long-term stays.

A family of four, including a newborn, stayed together during the interior of the house.
The host is much kinder than others. If you inquire, please respond immediately. If you are afraid that it may be cold, please use a heater in the bathroom and thank you for your warm consideration.
All home appliances are provided and the bed is spacious, so the family of four used it without any inconvenience. And the fact that there are many good restaurants around is also an advantage of April^^
It was a cozy accommodation in a convenient area within walking distance of Wangsimni Station.
Because of the interior construction, I had to rent two places for a week each, but the cleanliness and condition of the first rental house were so bad, so I was so happy the moment I opened the door to April House. Since it is newly built, it is very clean and has everything that has been meticulously prepared. Even though it is the same thing, it is prettier, cuter, and cleaner because it is prepared by an emotional and sensible owner. They responded quickly to my inquiries about trash disposal and parking, and I had a good stay without any difficulties.
