✔︎Major rules - Please be careful of noise after 10 o'clock! Residents may be forced to leave if complaints are made due to loud noises or noise at late hours. -Please adhere to check-in and check-out times. -Check-in time: 3:00 pm -Check-out time: 11:00 am Additional charges may apply for extended hours. -Pets are absolutely not allowed in the room. -Visitors other than those requested for reservation are absolutely not allowed to enter the room, and an additional fee of 50,000 won per person will be charged for unauthorized entry. -If contamination (food, blood, etc.) occurs on bedding and furniture that cannot be treated with regular care, special cleaning costs and actual expenses may be charged. -This space is used as a rental studio. Filming without the consent of the host is absolutely prohibited. -Smoking is absolutely prohibited in the house, including the bathroom. Smoke alarms are installed throughout the house. If you smoke, an alarm may be activated and you may be fined if caught. -The living room and kitchen light switches and boiler regulator are located behind the curtain next to the bedroom door. (When going out, please turn off the lights and return the boiler to the outside) -Moving furniture and accessories is not allowed. We ask that you follow these rules as they are for the safety of guests and to prevent damage. *If the product is inevitably damaged, please contact the host. This is to avoid any disruption in preparation for check-in the next day. ✔︎Before check-out - Please be sure to wash the dishes. -Please separate general waste from recyclable waste. -Please turn off the lights and switch the boiler to go out. -Please close all windows and make sure the gas valve is locked :) -Moving furniture and accessories is not allowed. This is to avoid any disruption in preparation for check-in the next day.

If stay

If stay is a small accommodation of 15 pyeong created by Studio iff. We refinished the small house of an old villa and gathered all our favorite things one by one and left them in this small space. We hope that the warm wooden walls, round tables, white glazed vases, rustling clean blankets, and paintings by your favorite artist will provide relaxation to everyone who visits the stay.
