The Hangang Park, which many Koreans visit, is located right in front of the accommodation, a 3-minute walk away, making it great for a walk. Mangwon Market is within walking distance, and it is adjacent to Mangnidan-gil, Hapjeong, Hongdae, Yeonnam-dong World Cup Stadium, and has excellent accessibility to famous restaurants, cute small prop shops, and cafes. House Rule
The property is on the first floor, but you have to climb 5 stairs. It is a small house with 2 rooms, 1 bathroom, and a kitchen. Security CCTV is filming in front of the entrance. When making a reservation for 4 people, 1 person will use the sofa bed and 1 person's bedding. is provided. As parking is not possible on site, walking is recommended. Please take off your shoes indoors and be sure to wear the indoor shoes provided. (Indoor slippers cannot be worn outside) # Space/facilities available for guest use # All spaces within the accommodation can be used, but use of some locked facilities may be restricted to host use. - Room #1 It has a queen-size bed, large mirror, air conditioner, circulator, and 40-inch FullHD TV, and Netflix and various OTT services are available. (Please log in with your personal ID before using.) This room can accommodate 2 people. When adding more people, a single bed can be added (up to 3 people) - Room #2 Equipped with 1 super single size bed, air conditioner, and hanger shelf. (Items such as cabinets behind the curtain cannot be used as host items and can only be used as a washing machine.) (Kitchen) Table & chairs for 4 people, refrigerator, circulator, gas stove, electric kettle, hand drip coffee dripper set, pot, frying pan. , Cutting board, tray, cooking utensils, wine opener & bottle opener, kitchen towel, basic seasoning, 4 serving utensils, cups, wine glasses, etc. are provided. (Bathroom) Hotel towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton swabs, hair ties, panty liners, dryers, personal amenities (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shower towel), tissues, etc. are provided. (Other precautions) Please keep this in mind when making a reservation. - When checking out, please be sure to turn off the power to the air conditioner, heating, and other facilities, and please tidy up and separate trash. - This property is located in a residential area, and is not a party room, but a space for relaxation. Please be considerate to avoid noise damage in the late hours. (Parties, loud noises, etc. are prohibited) - Cooking food with a lot of oil or strong smells Not possible. 가족들이 서울 올라와서 숙소로 잡았는데 다들 너무 만족했습니다! 부모님은 에어비앤비 형태 숙소를 처음 이용해보시는데 되게 괜찮다고 콘도나 리조트보다 훨씬 낫다고 말씀하셔서 기분 좋았어요ㅎㅎ 집도 매우 깔끔하고 비치되어있는 물품도 너무 센스 넘쳤어요. 덕분에 가족여행 아주 만족스럽게 보냈습니다. 한강도 가까워서 저녁에 산책나가기 딱 좋아요👍

망원시장, 소품샵, 갬성 카페 모두 가까워서 놀기에 너무 편하고 편의점도 가까워서 좋았습니다. 주변에 구경하면서 걷다보면 금방 도착해서 역에서 멀다는 느낌은 없었습니다. 숙소에 있을거 다 있고 침구도 너무 편했습니다. 퇴실하면서 물건을 두고나왔는데 친절히 안내해주셔서 감사했습니다. 또 가고싶어요:)

혼자서 하는 여행이라 게스트하우스는 불안하고 호텔은 너무 비싸서 고민중이었는데 좋은 가격으로 이용할 수 있었습니다ㅎㅎ 시장에서도 멀지 않고 식당들도 근처에 있어서 좋았습니다!

세심한 서비스와 무료 제공된 커피와 간식에 감동했어요.역에서 너무 멀지도 않고 망원시장과 한강공원이 가까워서 다양한 볼거리가 많고 숙소는 깨끗하고 수건도 충분히 제공해주시고 집기들도 모두 새것이였어요 전체적으로 세심한 배려와 편리한 위치 덕분에 즐거운 경험이 되었습니다.

결론부터 말하면 매우매우 만족합니다.
촌사람이라 서울에는 자주 여행 또는 출장을 가는데, 주로 호텔에 숙박함. 왜냐하면 외국 여행때 하던데로 국내에서도 에어비앤비에 예약했는데 (재작년에) 너무너무 지저분하고 시끄럽고 (홍대근처였음) 방안에서 나는 역한 냄새에 큰 충격을 받았었음.
이번에는 우연히 위홈앱을 깔게 되고 궁금해서 위홈에서 예약해봄. (궁금한건 해봐야 돠는 편)
리뷰가 아직 없는 신규숙소라서 또 궁금해짐. 새로 시작하니까 깨끗할것 같기는 한데, 혹시 사장님이 서비스업종에 적합하지 않으면 어쩌나 하는 가능성을 염두에 둠 (서툰 자영업자분들의 어이없는 서비스를 여러번 겪어보고 웬만하면 그 후론 호텔을 이용해옴)
그리고 꼼꼼한 서비스에 매우 감동받음
아니 숙소에 커피는 몰라도 간식까지 주는 숙소가 어딨냐고요.
핸드드립세트에 원두도 있었음. 노느라 바빠서 커피를 내려 못먹은게 너무 아쉬움. 밤까지 일보고 기진맥진 들어갔더니 테이블에 쌀과자랑 크래커랑 달고나 사탕이 있어서 급하게 당회복함. 여기서 일차 감동🥹
망원시장 근처이다보니 숙소 앞 골목길에서 왼쪽이든 오른쪽이든 어느쪽으로 가도 맛집 카페 소품샵이 나옴. 여기서 좀만 더가면 망원시장에 맛집이 또 잔뜩임. 시장 과일가게에 과일을 너무 싸게 팔아서 충격. 이거 과일들 다 코로나 이전 가격인데요. 이거 실화인가요. 과일킬러라서 다 서고 싶었음. 아예 왕창 사서 택배로 부치고 싶었음. 아예 이사오고 싶게 만드는 주변 가게들에 2차 감동.
숙소가 역에서부터 적당히 구경하면서 걸어오기 좋고, 적당히 번화가에 있음.
아주 길가도 아니고 아주 깊은 주택가도 아님. 서울 생활 느끼며 구경허기에 위치도 너무 좋고 큰길에서 살짝 안쪽이라 밤에 조용함.
집기들도 다 새거고 깨끗함. 특히 수저가 반짝거리는 새거라 안심되고 좋았움 (쓸일은 없었음)
수건도 넉넉하고 배앓이가 잦은 편인데 이번에 비상약을 까먹고와서 걱정했는데 숙소에 비상약까지 종류별로 다 있었음. 그걸보니 맘이 편해져서인지 오히려 배가 안아픔. 베개에 머리를 대자마자 꿀잠을 잠. 푹자서인지 개운하게 새벽부터 일찍 일어나서 동네산책도 해봄. 새벽의 망원동은 걷기도 좋고 문닫은 상점들을 보는 것도 좋았다. 어떤 가게 일까 상상하면서 예쁜 간판들을 구경하다보니 동네산책 끝내기가 아숴울 정도였음.
상쾌하게 새벽 산책하고 씻고 체크아웃.
아참. 비오면 어쩌나 하면서 우산을 챙길까 말까 했는데, 숙소에 장우산도 비치되어 있었음. 수건도 톡톡하니 흡수 잘 되는 걸로 넉넉하게 주시고...
