Please refrain from making noise that may disturb others (loud voices, excessive drinking, etc.). -Please understand that if a complaint arises from an adjacent household, you may be asked to vacate the unit without a refund. - We are not responsible for accidents caused by the user's carelessness - Dropping wet tissues, food, or food in the toilet or vomiting in the sink is strictly prohibited.
