House Rule

-Check-in time is 3 PM, check-out time is 11 AM. Please adhere to the check-in and check-out times. (If you wish to change your check-in and check-out room, please contact the host in advance - (Additional use is possible only on the day of check-out and if there is no reservation.) - Pets are not permitted to enter the room. - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation. Please use the outside of the building when checking out. - Please note that compensation will be charged in case of damage, loss, permanent contamination, or damage to items when checking out. Please clean up. - Please never put food waste in the toilet. If the toilet is clogged due to the customer's carelessness, a repair fee of 100,000 won will be charged. - Never use personal fires (gas burners, charcoal, candles, etc.) indoors. Use is prohibited for fire safety reasons. - Please be careful to avoid any unpleasant incidents due to noise during late hours.

  • If a guest cancels after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights spent, plus 30 additional nights.
  • If fewer than 30 days remain on the reservation when the guest cancels, you’ll be paid 100% for all of those remaining nights.
