Our property is conveniently located just a 12-minute walk from Hongik University Station and 7 minutes from Gajwa Station. It offers excellent access to popular tourist attractions and trendy hotspots in the Hongdae and Yeonnam-dong areas.

Situated close to Yeontral Park, which connects to the main downtown area, you can easily explore famous restaurants and cafes. You can also enjoy a leisurely and romantic stroll along the Gyeongui Line Forest Trail in Yeonnam-dong.

Designed with our guests' utmost comfort in mind, the two bedrooms (both with Queen beds) are furnished with premium hotel-style bedding.

Guests can enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi and a Smart TV (various OTT services are available using your personal accounts).

We prioritize cleanliness above all else and promise to provide a comfortable stay. Casa SUAVE is a perfect choice not only for families with children but also for trips with friends or couples.

The property is located on the 1.5th floor (just half a flight of stairs up from the ground level, above a semi-basement). It takes about a 12-minute walk from Hongik University Station (Airport Railroad) along the Yeonnam-dong Gyeongui Line Forest Trail. Please note that there is no elevator, so a little physical effort is required to carry your luggage up to the accommodation. However, the moment you arrive, a cozy paradise awaits you! :)

All bedrooms feature cozy, hotel-style bedding. All linens (pillowcases, mattress pads, and duvet covers) are replaced and freshly laundered for every stay to maintain pristine cleanliness. Pillow inserts, duvet inserts, rugs, and blankets are also thoroughly sanitized and steam-cleaned regularly.

The shared living room is equipped with a Smart TV, where guests can comfortably enjoy content on Netflix, Disney+, TVING, prime video, and more using their own accounts.

[Bathroom]
Shampoo, hair treatment, body wash, hair dryer, facial cleanser, and a cleanly maintained filtered showerhead are provided. Plenty of face and bath towels are also supplied.

[Laundry Room]
A Samsung washing machine and a drying rack are available. Laundry detergent and fabric softener are provided so you can easily do light laundry during a long trip.

[Kitchen]
Cooking utensils, an electric kettle, disposable drip coffee sets, a toaster, and a microwave are provided for simple cooking. You can enjoy pleasant meals and gatherings at the dining table in the living room.
