Premium soundproof windows block out exterior noise, allowing you to enjoy a free yet relaxing and comfortable stay.

You will have exclusive use of the basement unit in this detached house. The host, who is also the building owner, directly manages and cleans the property, ensuring every corner inside and out is spotless. The entire accommodation also receives regular pest control services from Cesco.

The space consists of two bedrooms, a living room/kitchen, and a bathroom. The large bedroom is furnished with two queen-size beds and a TV, while the small bedroom features a dining area perfect for meals and conversation.

✔️ For stains on fabric items (bedding, curtains, etc.) other than normal wear and tear (e.g., wine, lip tint, blood), laundry or replacement fees may be charged depending on the severity.

✔️ This is a non-smoking property. Smoking will trigger the fire/carbon monoxide alarms and result in a 100,000 KRW cleaning fee.

✔️ The number of guests checking in must match the reservation. (No outside visitors allowed.) Violations may result in immediate eviction without a refund.

✔️ No BBQ or cooking fish.

✔️ No pets allowed.

✔️ Do not attach tape to the wallpaper (it causes damage, and repair costs will be charged).
