▣ Other Precautions ▣
◑ You are responsible for any safety accidents caused by your own negligence when using the facilities.
◑ Please make sure to take off your shoes indoors.
◑ Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the room.
◑ For security and quarantine reasons, only those who have made a reservation are allowed to enter. (Simple visits are also not allowed)
◑ Pets are not allowed.
◑ Please put all remote controls back in their place after use (compensation required if damaged or lost).
◑ Cooking is allowed, but cooking food with strong odors (grilling meat, Cheonggukjang, etc.) is prohibited.
◑ Please wash the dishes you have used.
◑ Events cannot be held within the accommodation.
◑ If items are damaged or operations become impossible due to the guest's negligence, restoration costs and losses will be charged.
◑ Compensation may be charged for bloodstains and contamination on bedding and inside the room.
◑ Parking is not available inside the accommodation, so please use the public parking lot in front of the building. (300 KRW per 10 mins, 8,000 KRW per day)
◑ When checking out or going out, please set the boiler to "Going Out" (turning the power OFF may cause damage to the boiler).
◑ Please make sure to turn off the air conditioner when checking out or going out.
◑ Please separate your trash for recycling upon check-out.
◑ Upon check-out, please put food waste in a black bag, place it in the provided container, and leave it outside the door.
◑ Please strictly observe the check-out time for the next guest.
