Smoking in the accommodation is prohibited. In fact, if caught, 10 times more costs will be incurred. A fine may be imposed and the district office may contact the guest directly. If possible, please eat food at the table ** Refrain from cooking food with strong smells or food with oil splashes (Please be a little considerate for the next guest) Our accommodation We pay the most attention to cleanliness. Please do not cook food that may cause odor or contamination. (Smelly dishes, spicy soup, pork belly, grilled fish, etc. are prohibited!) If the degree of odor or contamination is severe, additional cleaning fees may be charged. **Pollution The space where the guest stays is a space that the host has decorated with great care. If contamination occurs while using the internal facilities, be sure to!! Please inform the host via message. Damage or contamination confirmed after check-out may result in compensation costs without agreement. ** Refrain from noise As this is a quiet residential space in a residential area, please refrain from making noise after 10 p.m. In case of excessive noise or complaints, you will be asked to leave immediately without refund. ** Loss & Damage & Theft A penalty fee will be charged if items stored in the accommodation are lost, damaged, or stolen. Please use it with care ** Please refrain from parties (parties are held in the party room...) Because it is a residential area, complaints are coming in from around the neighborhood ** Even if you are in a hurry, please have your hair dyed at a hair salon ** Only the number of people who have made a reservation are allowed to enter. Please ** Washing the dishes and simple separation of waste before leaving the room is good manners. For a comfortable and pleasant rest, please follow the simple rules of use.
