If early check-in is requested, an additional charge of 20,000 won per hour will be incurred. No smoking / No pets / No parties / No additional guests other than the number of people reserved!!! (An additional fine of 300,000 won will be charged for smoking indoors.) Unlike party rooms or motels, it is operated in a quiet house, so we ask that neighbors do not make loud noises after 10 p.m., as this is a space where neighbors actually live. Jamsil Haven

Hello~^^* Our accommodation is located in Jamsil-dong, close to Lotte World, Lotte Tower, Seokchon Lake, Sports Complex, COEX, Samsung Hospital, and Asan Hospital. There is a food alley and Saemaeul Traditional Market around the accommodation, making it great for experiencing delicious food. . It has 3 rooms, 1 bathroom, and separate kitchen and living areas (table and chairs for 8 people), so it is perfect for multiple people to stay together, such as on business trips or traveling with family and friends. As for public transportation, Jamsil Saenae Station on Subway Line 2 and Samjeon Station on Line 9 are an 8-minute walk away, making it convenient to get anywhere quickly. (13-minute walk from Jamsil Stadium Station) There is also bus number 6006 from Incheon Airport to our accommodation (Jamsil Saenae Station), making it convenient and easy to find. Have a happy time at our peaceful and quiet accommodation~^^♡
