Hello, this is Room Set Vacation Forest, Unit 201.

We hope you have a truly relaxing experience in this space that transcends the boundaries of ordinary living. May your stay here be a time of healing in your life.

This space offers a sense of a vacation spot where you can take a break from the bustling city life without having to leave the metropolitan area. Within a 5-second walk, you'll find a Seven Eleven convenience store, and in just 30 seconds on foot, you can catch a local bus that will take you to Kkachisan Station on Line 5.

​

Within a 3-minute walk, you'll find the vast Maebongsan ? & Bongjesan ?, offering an incredibly refreshing forest experience ☘️???. The neighborhood has a vintage charm ?.

​

Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and it's possible to park in the public parking lot nearby. However, you must keep a note with "Unit 201" on your car windshield during your stay.

It's a quiet neighborhood in a residential area, and you'll find a large Nambug Market within a 5-minute walk, allowing you to purchase food and groceries at affordable prices and good quality.

The interior is predominantly white and green ??☘️ with unique accents. We recently replaced the boiler and the intercom ?. In the master bedroom, you can use a beam projector and a laptop for a home theater experience ?.

​

You can have both KT communication services for TV, Wi-Fi, and internet, both wired and wireless ?.

​

Bed setup:

The master bedroom features a newly purchased Queen-size memory foam bed.

The smaller room has a Super Single (SS) bed.

There's also a foldable sofa bed in the small room, mainly intended for emergency use, as it's not frequently needed for more than 6 occupants (including children) ???.

​

Residents of small-scale villas are sensitive to recycling/general waste, food waste, parking, and noise on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

​

The unit is 13 square meters, and there's a lot of small furniture, so we recommend moving the furniture if you use the extra SS sofa bed. Additional bedding is not provided.

​

?? TV, internet, Wi-Fi, beam projector, and notebook settings are strictly not to be changed!!

The sliding door room has been designed as a living room, reflecting the overall feel of Bongjesan with planterior elements.

We have recently installed new electric mats on each bed, and please be sure to turn off the electric cord when you leave. In the event of a fire, significant responsibility may be imposed on the guest ???.

​

We opened in late October 2023, so air conditioning installation will occur during the period between reservations. In the meantime, we provide three standing fans for each room ?.

​

We plan to install the air conditioner in the living room ☘️??.

​

For recycling and general trash, please place them at the utility pole near the entrance during the evening on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Food waste should be placed in the orange bins. You can purchase general trash bags at the convenience store right in front of the building ??.

For Wi-Fi connection in the convenience store, search for "5G" as the second option.

The parking is for one car and is free, but it's on a first-come, first-served basis ???.

The speakers are built into the beam projector, so you can enjoy a variety of content through a laptop connected to the beam projector like in a movie theater via "Coupang Play" if you are a Coupang Wow member ?.

Please note that you need to hold down the toilet flush button for about 5 seconds to flush it properly >~<.

As for parking, I personally parked it every time I visited, and it's free for one car on a first-come, first-served basis. However, as it's a multi-unit villa, please inform the residents of Building A if there are any parking-related inquiries and mention that you are staying in Unit 201 ?

It's a 200m walk from Unit 201 ?☘️?.

Right across the convenience store is a bus stop for the village bus #3, which goes to Kkachisan Station.

There's also a village bus stop in the opposite direction.
