Description

Our accommodation is a 10-minute walk from Gongdeok Station.

It is located in the center of Yongsan Station, Seoul Station, Hongdae Station, and Itaewon Station.

It is located closest to Gongdeok Station, the airport railway line.

You can stay for 6 to 8 people, and there is a large table for 8 people in the living room.

House Rule

Guest, please remember that. ^^

1. "Absolutely non-smoking (including e-cigarettes)" indoors and near the accommodation. Not even in the bathroom. Please make sure to use the place we guided you to smoke, and be careful not to make noise when you smoke late.

2. When you come and go, make sure to close the gate for security.

3. The blue color of the bathroom is shampoo (+ rinse), and the pink color is body wash. Please do not put any toilet paper or anything in the toilet because the toilet may get clogged. (If the toilet is clogged, a full repair fee will be charged.)

4. The light in the living room changes color every time it turns on.
If you turn it off twice, it turns yellow. I recommend the yellow light rather than the white light. ^^

5. The glass doors in the living room are locked. It's a space where you store items necessary for the operation of the accommodation. If forced to open it, the lock may fail.
The living room cabinet is also locked, so please don't open it.

6. You don't need to separate garbage, just leave it outside the front door and we'll clean it up the next day.

7. Heating facilities are set up to keep the indoor temperature at 24.5 degrees at all times during winter. Please let me know if you have any inconvenience.

8. You can check out late only if you let me know in advance when you check in. The person who cleans the accommodation comes on time, so it is difficult to change the check-out time on the day.

9. Make sure to let the host know when you check out.
Confirmation is required before checkout. It takes about a minute.
The guest is responsible for problems (damage, loss, etc.) that occur when checking out without notification.

10. The rooftop is used alone, so there will be an additional charge separately from the reservation of the accommodation.
(30,000 won per hour for 6 people)

11. You cannot cook using fire.
If you use a delivery app, they deliver it to your house.

12. There is a discount mart near the accommodation that sells groceries by phone and delivers them.

13. Do not move the furniture (bed, table, etc.) installed in the accommodation arbitrarily.

14. Please close the living room window if you want to chat at night (after 9 p.m.). Complaints may occur because the sound is louder than expected through the living room window.

15. Please make sure to deliver the above information to your party in addition to the reservation person.

16. We would like to inform you that if the accommodation rules are not followed, you may be forced to check out.
