*This Haenal House is located on the 4th floor, a 5-minute walk from Seolleung Station on Line 2 and Bundang Line.

* It consists of 3 rooms + spacious living room + spacious kitchen + 2 bathrooms.
*Basic 4 people, up to 11 people can be reserved, and additional bedding can be provided if you tell us the number of additional people

*Composition of three rooms (3 queen beds + 1 super single + 2 bathrooms + 1 low-floor family bed)
*Low-floor family bed = queen bed + super single bed.
*There is a spacious living room and kitchen, so it is suitable for small gatherings such as families.
*A wide work table and 75-inch smart TV are prepared. (Netflix/YouTube available. Cable X)

*Reservations available from a minimum of 3 nights
*It is possible to cook, and there is a hot and cold water purifier + microwave + refrigerator.
*There is a washing machine + dryer.
*Parking is available for one car in the building, but parking may be difficult depending on the situation. Details will be provided after reservation. Everyone's parking lot application recommendation
*No elevator

*CCTV is installed at the entrance. Only reserved people can use it. (Additional 25,000 per visitor)

0) Requests for refunds that violate the refund policy are not allowed. Please make a careful reservation. (Strict/refundable only 14 days before check-in)

1) 25,000 won is added per person from the basic 4 and 5 people, and up to 11 people can use it. If there are additional people, additional bedding can be provided, in which case please discuss in advance.

2) Since it is a residential area, you should pay attention to noise complaints.

3) A washing machine and dryer are available. A clothes dryer is provided for underwear and simple drying.

4) One parking space is available in the building. However, parking may not be possible because it is not designated parking. Please use public transportation whenever possible. (All nearby parking lots are expensive T.T)

5) You can cook in the kitchen. However, cooking with smell is difficult.

6) We prohibit additional visitors other than those who have made a reservation. If there are people who visit even for a short time, you must pay for the visit schedule. If there are unshared people, we charge 50,000 won per person. (Twice the normal price)

7) Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is at 11am.
