4-minute walk from Seowon Station 9-minute walk from Sillim Station Stay One in the center of Gwanak-gu, this is an old house on the hill in Sillim-dong where the whole family lived together 20 years ago. This house is much older than me. If you want a new building, state-of-the-art condition, it may not meet your expectations. The inside of the detached house consists of 2 rooms, 2 queen beds each, 4 people can sleep, a kitchen where you can cook simple meals, a living room where you can gather and chat, and 1 bathroom. (Parking available for 1 car) *TV basic channel, Netflix, YouTube available Stay One is a detached house with no upper floors and lower floors. May a peaceful rest be with you during your stay :)
House Rule
1. Please wash dishes, separate collection, and tidy up? (If not, you may pay additional cleaning fees) 2. Please go outside the front door to smoke. 3. In case of parking, please let us know one day before entering the room. 4. As a detached house, there is cctv in front of the front door for security and check-in. 5. Dogs are not allowed.

6명 가서 2개 침대 있어 2명이 바닥에서 자야하지만 싱글 매트릭스 2개 챙겨주셔서 편안하게 여행하고 왔습니다. 추워진 겨울에 온수 난방 둘 다 되어 너무 좋았구요, 숙소 가기 전에 계속해서 메세지를 주고 받으면서 고객을 계속 생각하는 호스트이신 것 같아 감사합니다. 재방문 의사 있구요, 추천드려요! 단, 하나 아쉬운게 있다면 샤워할 때 물이 잘 안내려가는 것 빼면 만족합니다. 그래도 1분 정도 있으니 물이 다 빠지긴 했어요. 감사합니다.
