We are located near Gyengbokgung station, great for a Seoul vacation.
We are near to many diverse sightseeing spots such as Gyungbokgung, Myungdong, Insadong and Namdaemun Market, and our neighborhood has atmospheric cafes and restaurants down its old Seoul alleyways.
Our guesthouse is clean and quiet, great for businesses as well.
NUHA278 has been newly remodeled. We are situated in a clean, quiet residential area where you can avoid the sounds of the city, enjoying the full comfort of home.
We provide Wi-Fi, TV, and air conditioning/heating, floor heating systems as well.
In the kitchen there is a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, water purifier.
We also provide a closet, hangers, washing machine, laundry detergent, hair dryers. Please feel free to use them.
NUHA278 is located in Nuha-dong, Jongno-gu, the center of Seoul.
My house is detached house and it is one storied building.
You can use the whole house and yard.
House Rule
For fire prevention, smoking is prohibited within the accommodation, including the yard. If smoking is found, measures will be taken to leave the room. (Cleaning fee will be charged separately) Do not use the yard after 9pm (Residents report it.) Full compensation in case of loss or damage of items, and we are not responsible for careless safety accidents. Minors are restricted from entering. Bringing pets and dangerous goods is strictly prohibited. Smelly food (meat, fish, etc.) cannot be cooked indoors. There is no parking space. (Use the nearby street public parking lot.)
