Hello,
My house is cozy and comfy for staying with your friends or family.
It is about 8mins from Hongik University St. and there is many restaurants and cafes.

My house is 3rd floor with stiars(No elevaotr). There is 2 bedrooms, a living room with kitchen and one bathroom.
There is illy coffee machine and provided 1 capsule per a person as a welcome gift. You can enjoy Netflix in my house also.

House Rule

I will send you the house rules and my address as below, so please read it carefully and respect it!


Please follow the below rules.


-Check-in: After 15:00
-Check-out: Until 11:00
-No party (Be quite from 10pm - 8am)
-Early check-in and late check-out are possible depending on the reservation status, and if requested at the time of reservation, we will inform you of availability on the day of check-in (extra charge).
- No outsiders allowed (Only booking people can use the facility)
(There is CCTV for the safety inside the building. If there are more people than the number of reservations, an additional fee of KRW 50,000 won per person and day will be charged for the penalty)
-Pets are not allowed (reimbursement is required in case of damage or damage)
-No smoking in the house or building (100,000 won when smoking is detected)
(If you are caught smoking, you will be taken out without refund. In the event of a fire, you are entirely responsible for the guest, and the guest is responsible for all damages caused by it.)
-Please separate garbage (general garbage (general garbage bag), recycling (transparent plastic bag) and food (yellow food bag)) and throw it out in front of the building.
-If a complaint occurs due to noise or other problems, we will move out without refund.
-Please note that damage or damage to equipment and furniture in the space may require reimbursement.
-Commercial video and photo shooting is only possible after confirmation with the host, and violation of this may result in penalty or dismissal.
