Gangnam Station Exit 4 / Yeoksam Station Exit 2 10-15 minutes on foot and 5 minutes on foot from Yeoksam Elementary School 4 Intersection Gangnam Stay is a female-only dormitory. We have only been accepting foreign tourists since we are small female-only Gehara with around 15 people. Soon before the vacation, we have a lot of inquiries from academy students near Gangnam Station, so we opened a hostel on WeHome for Koreans who need our accommodation. . [Advantages] 1. It is safe because it is for women only, and my family is commuting and staying at work, cleaning and managing it. You can check our guest reviews for our properties on Booking.com. Special attention is paid to security and only authorized occupants can enter with the card key. 2. As it is a female-only hostel, the facilities are especially clean and modern. Most of the time, they say it's very good. 3. Guests say that there are a lot of free equipment provided, so you only need to bring clothes and toothpaste. [Free] Breakfast is open 24 hours a day, so you can eat a few meals a day. - Breakfast: Bread, milk, juice, jam, cup noodles, eggs (raw egg & elvan stone), coffee and tea types, kimchi - 2 washing machines, 2 dryers Freely available in the laundry room (detergent/pizon provided) - New towels Bathroom Daily beach, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, iron, etc. - Toilet paper, simple kitchen utensils and tableware, - The bed has a cell phone charger, power plug, light, and personal home mat (for summer). - A large personal locker with a key is provided. 4. There are a lot of foreign tourists, so if you are an active person who wants to naturally increase foreign language while making some foreign friends, it is a really good environment. Of course, you can spend quietly alone ^^ 6. Of course, you can use free wifi in the hotel. Although the personal space is small, there is a large dining table in the living room or kitchen, where three or five people gather and talk a lot. ***Disadvantages: Be sure to check before making a reservation!! 1. Not cheap. We do not offer a big discount for a one-month or several-month stay as we operate with the concept of providing breakfast and basic necessities as much as possible and keeping the facilities neat. If you're wondering if it's worth the price, we recommend that you stay for a week or so before deciding on a longer stay. 2. It is not a private room, but a dormitory with 4, 6, and 2 people. However, as it is an independent bunker bed type, there is a space blocked from the outside, so those who do not like bunk beds exposed or shaking from the outside, or those who are lonely in a gosiwon or living alone want to have a suitable personal space and live with other people in a shared space Many come. It varies depending on the season, but it is basically a guesthouse frequented by foreign tourists. It is not a quiet study atmosphere. Also, we are sorry, but we do not accept students who do not have desks and have to study, do homework, or listen to lectures at home (for fear of disturbing the students). We mainly come from students who are preparing for artistic and physical skills such as art and music during the entrance exam season, or students or office workers who want a safe and comfortable female-only dormitory among students who only sleep in the dormitory and study at the academy all day. 4. It is a 12-15 minute walk from Gangnam Station/Yeoksam Station. As it is a residential area, there are many convenience facilities such as marts and laundry, and it is not far from the school district, but it is not suitable for those who want a place close to the station.

House Rule

1. Check-in: 15:oopm~21:00pm Check-out: ~11:00am - Check-in day 11:00am ~ Luggage can be left first. (Required to contact us in advance) - You can leave your luggage until 18:00 on the day of check-out. 2. Free food is open 24 hours for guests, but please wash dishes and tidy up after use. 3. Washing machines and dryers can be used free of charge, and detergent is also provided free of charge. However, please refrain from turning too small a quantity (one or two underwear) every day (it is not an electricity bill problem, several people must use it together, and we have to wash the bedding every day^^) 4. We are a no-party guesthouse . Visiting from outsiders is also prohibited (it is okay to come in to help, but it is not okay to come and spend time together), and if you enjoy noisy drinking until late, you may be asked to leave. 5. There are 4 CCTVs installed in the public space. A personal locker is provided, so please keep your valuables in the locker and lock it.
