1. No one else can enter the property except for guests who have been booked. Violation: Immediate cancellation of reservation. Non-refundable. It is strictly forbidden to enter the house by persons other than those who have been reserved. Reservation can be canceled or moved out due to violation of guest rules.
2. Smoking is prohibited inside the hotel. Be sure to follow it.a fine for smelling $300
3. Barbecue or oil cooking/roasting is prohibited. Please be considerate of the next guest!
4. Because it is a densely populated residential area, excessive parties and loud noises that may cause damage to residents are prohibited. In particular, please lower your voice after 10pm.
5. Please adhere to check-in and check-out times. Check-in 3pm Check-out 11am
6. Shoes are not allowed indoors.
7. Please clean up the kitchen and dishes after use.
8. Be sure to turn off the air conditioner, lighting, and boiler when you go out
9. Be careful about contamination and damage when using the facility/damage facility. In the event of business suspension, we will charge the loss for the day of discontinuation or the cost of accommodation for the guest booked on the date of discontinuation.
10. Any conduct prohibited by law is prohibited. In case of business interruption due to investigation by investigative agencies for illegal acts of guests, compensation for business loss may be claimed from the guest.
