House Rule
■ COMMON ∙ Check-in is available from 3pm-7pm, and check-out time is 11am the next day. ∙ Early check-in and late check-out are not possible to prepare a cleaner room. ∙ Entry of all outsiders other than those reserved in advance is strictly prohibited. ∙ Minors cannot be accommodated without an adult guardian. ∙ All indoor and outdoor spaces are absolutely non-smoking areas, and in case of violation, you will be charged for leaving and cleaning up. ∙ It is prohibited to bring or use any kind of personal firearms. ∙ Please pay attention to loud room and indiscriminate noise management. If there is a complaint, you will be asked to leave. ∙ Pets are not allowed. ∙ Commercial filming and party rentals must be agreed upon in advance. ∙ During consecutive nights, bedding and room cleaning will not be carried out, and used towels and other basic amenities will be replaced upon request. ∙ For consecutive nights, a discount of KRW 50,000 per night is applied. ∙ Up to 15 towels are provided per night regardless of the number of people. If you need additional towels, please bring your own. ∙ Although quarantine is being carried out regularly, insects may frequently appear due to the nature of the location close to nature, so if you are sensitive, please be careful when making a reservation. ∙ Be sure to bring valuables with you when you go out, and you are responsible for any loss or damage to your valuables in principle. ∙ CCTVs are operated 24 hours a day at major indoor and outdoor locations to ensure the safety of guests and to understand the circumstances of an accident. *All CCTVs are not monitored in real time, and if an accident does not occur, the recording will be automatically deleted 2 days after the departure date. ∙ Lost and found items will be kept for one week after you move out unless otherwise requested, and will be handled according to our facility regulations after that. ∙ In case of contamination, damage, or loss of all facilities and household items, the same product purchase cost or facility restoration cost and accommodation fee up to the time of restoration will be charged. ∙ We operate a deposit policy to prevent disputes on liability in advance. ∙ Deposit is paid by bank transfer at check-in, and refund is remitted to the same account after room inspection is completed at check-out. ∙ When using the facility, pay attention to personal safety management, and in principle, the person concerned is responsible for any safety accidents caused by the negligence of the user. ∙ As of the day of arrival, parking is available for up to 2 vehicles on weekdays and 1 on weekends. We recommend that you use a nearby public parking lot for excess vehicles. ∙ Infants can be accompanied, but please be careful when making a reservation as it is not a facility for infants and may cause some inconvenience to use. ∙ Individual toys are allowed, but toys that may cause contamination in the room are strictly prohibited. ∙ Adult guardians have the duty to protect/manage the safety of accompanying minors, and in principle, the guardians are responsible for accidents caused by insufficient management. ■ POOL ∙ The outdoor heated pool is managed with an eco-friendly purification system that uses only 100% natural salt. ∙ Personal bath products and foreign substances are absolutely not allowed, and if the purification system is damaged, the full cost of restoration and accommodation will be charged. ∙ The depth of the hot water pool is 1.1m – 1.3m. It is operated with lukewarm water of ℃ - 30℃, and there is no separate hot water charge. ∙ The perceived temperature of hot water may vary depending on the outside temperature and individual differences. ∙ The hot water temperature is based on reaching 15:00-17:00, and after reaching the standard temperature, it gradually decreases until the time of departure. ∙ If you wish to keep the same temperature until you check out, you can apply for the 'Night Hot Water Maintenance' option separately and an additional charge will be incurred. ∙ Minors cannot use it alone, and must be accompanied by a guardian. ∙ To prevent safety accidents, drinking after drinking is strictly prohibited. ∙ In the case of infants and toddlers who are inexperienced in defecation, be sure to wear waterproof diapers. ∙ Slippers for swimming are not provided, so you must prepare your own if necessary. ■ KITCHEN ∙ To create a more pleasant environment, cooking food using an open flame is not allowed, and in case of violation, you will be charged for leaving the room and cleaning up. ∙ It is possible to cook food without fire. ∙ It is possible to use a microwave oven and an electric kettle for preparing lunch boxes, delivery food, and instant food. ∙ Ice is not provided, so you must prepare your own if necessary. ∙ When ordering for delivery, delivery personnel are not allowed to enter, and food can be picked up from outside. ■ BEDROOM ∙ There are a total of 2 bedrooms, consisting of a queen-size bed room and an ondol room. ∙ The bed room comes with Poland Goose 1,000g bedding set, and the Ondol room comes with a bedding set for 4 people. ∙ Eating and drinking on bedding is prohibited, and in case of contamination due to this, you may be charged for washing or purchasing the same product. ■ ROOFTOP ∙ As there is a risk of a fall accident, please be extra careful when using it. ∙ To prevent safety accidents, use after drinking is strictly prohibited. ∙ Minors cannot use it alone, and must be accompanied by a guardian.
