Hello. This is 'The share' to share a clean and cozy space. The property is located in a new building moved in in 2021 and is located in a transportation hub a 2-minute walk from Chungmuro Station (Lines 3 and 4). You can reach the building elevator from the road without stairs, and there are elevators for all households including an emergency elevator in the building, so you can use it conveniently. A 5-minute walk across the street is Hipjiro, where you can enjoy the youthful sensibility that harmonizes with the fashion of Euljiro that permeates the alleys. In addition, there is a big advantage that you can take a walk in the spacious and pretty Hanok Village if you cross a major road from Chungmuro Station. The room is a one-room type and consists of a bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom (separate shower room). In the bedroom, one queen or double bed is prepared for 2 people, and if 3 or 4 people are coming, it can be prepared for sleeping on a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils and tableware, and simple seasonings are provided, so you can have a good time with your friends while you cook.
House Rule
- Check in : After 15:00 / Check out : Until 11:00 - Early check in and late check out are possible by requesting in advance when making a reservation. (Cost: 10,000 won per hour, regardless of the number of people) - It is adjacent to the next room, so parties are prohibited. - No outsiders allowed (If a person other than the number of reservations enters, there is a penalty of 30,000 won per person. Please note that this also applies to staying without accommodation.) - No pets allowed in the entire building - No smoking in the house or building
