It is located 25-30 minutes by car from Icheon Termeden Hot Springs, 15 minutes from Yeoju Premium Outlets, 20 minutes from Silleuksa Temple in Yeoju, close to the Tomb of Empress Myeongseong and King Sejong the Great, and 5 minutes by car from Sejong the Great Tomb Station on the Gyeonggang Line. ✔️Basic 2 cars, up to 3 cars can be parked. The primary care space is located right next to the annex. ✔️Individual kitchen is equipped with dishes and tools, ✔️Microwave, air fryer, mini-oven ✔️Refrigerator and air conditioner TV, as well as home appliances such as ✔️Queen size bed. (Ace Duotech mattress) ✔️Wifi is provided for free, ✔️You can also use Bluetooth speaker ✔️There is a smart TV with Netflix. ✔️Various board games are available. ✔️Add 20,000 won (for 2 people) and we will prepare a charcoal grill for a barbecue party (25,000 won for 3 people) ✔️There is also an outdoor dining area (up to 8 people) 7 minutes to Hanaro Mart. Icheon and Yeoju E-Mart are 20 minutes away.
House Rule
✔️Parking is available for 2 cars and up to 3 cars. You can park your car in the parking lot right next to the annex. ✔️Smoking indoors is absolutely prohibited (including e-cigarettes, IQOS, and GLO). If you smoke indoors or cook stinky grilled food such as pork belly or fish, a cleaning fee of KRW 50,000 will be charged separately. ✔️The use of personal firearms is prohibited (portable gas burner, butane gas, etc.) ✔️If you bring your dog, do not let them climb on the bed, and make sure to defecate outdoors. (It is recommended to wear a manner belt) When you defecate on the floor or on the bed, you will be charged 200,000 won for mattress and bedding. ✔️If you would like a barbecue, please indicate the meal time upon check-in. Charcoal and grill are prepared for BBQ if you add 20,000 won in cash or bank transfer. Outdoor dining is available. (Not possible in case of rain) ✔️A simple breakfast is provided. Breakfast is served at 9 am. If you would like to have breakfast, please let us know at check-in if you would like to have breakfast! ✔️Check-out time is 11am. Please be sure to observe the check-out time for the next guest. If you want to stay longer, you can add 10,000 won and stay for 2 hours more. ✔️Please wash the dishes and clean up trash before leaving.
