♥ When you request a reservation, we would appreciate it if you could briefly introduce yourself and who comes with you, and let us know the purpose of your stay .


♥ As explained in the house introduction page, Under Cloud is a half-underground floor house that goes down five steps. (1/2 basement)
Please confirm that you have checked all the other house introductions in detail as well, and please check our providing amenities and supplies too.

♥ Under Cloud is a common family house located in a dense residential area in Hapjeong-dong, and we ask you not to make too much noise after 9 p.m.
(All kind of loud Party is unacceptable in this house)



♥ Accommodation rules
1. (Including e-cigarettes) Absolutely no smoking (Alarm will sound super loudly when smoking) Please keep your manners.
2. Pets are not allowed.
3. Wearing shoes are not allowed in the house, as like any other Korean house. Please use the indoor slippers we provide, if it's needed.
4. My house is a house that pays a lot of attention to furniture, props, and interior design, and is managed by the landlord myself and my husband. We also clean the house for our guests with all our heart and soul according to the strict cleaning manual we made.
We politely ask our gentlemanly guests to cherish our house, and it will be deeply appreciated.


♥ Check-out instructions

1. Separate trash from the large trash can (general/recycling/food waste) in the living room and the kitchen food trash can please.
2. Please put the used towel in the laundry basket.
3. Card key (5 pieces in total, including 1 self-check-in card) can be left in the key holder box next to the TV.
4. Before you Check-out, please double-check each room, bathroom, kitchen, and drawers again to make sure you don't leave anything behind, and pack your precious belongings well.
5. Please refrain from moving heavy furniture during the stay.

Welcome to ✧⭒Under Cloud⭒✧— We sincerely welcome you to the undercloud, where there is a calm uniqueness in a comfortable mood.

This space is a private house for guests only — neither the host nor any other guests will stay together.

(The entire ground floor of the three-storey house is occupied by itself, — the entrances are completely separate and there are no common areas at all)

Designed to accommodate from one to up to four people, it offers a relaxing and warm time for those looking for a calm and inspiring break.

✤ Serene Bedrooms ✤

『Cottage White Room』

It is a space inspired by a small cabin in a quiet forest, and the bright earthy colors blend smoothly to create a simple and calm atmosphere in the Wabi-Sabi style.

Natural materials such as solid wood, twigs, stone, rattan, and linen were added on top of the understated colors to create a simple yet organic sensibility, and the calm beauty of nature was created to gently permeate the space.

➺ 1 queen size bed (1–2 people) — 3 built-in drawers at the bottom of the bed and reading light are provided, and the bedding is washed and ironed cleanly at high temperature for each guest, and replaced with new bedding every season.

➺ Air conditioning, dressing table, hair dryer, hairbrush, stool, wall hook, full-length mirror, basket, etc. are provided.

『Lotus Room』

This room captures Korean elements with the motif of a round lotus flower floating on the quiet lakeside.

Elements such as hanbok fabric, ramie patchwork, muntinsal, menhaksae, and folk paintings were subtly incorporated into the interior, expressing the beauty of tradition from a modern perspective.

➺ Three built-in drawers at the bottom of the bed and a reading light are provided, and the bedding is washed and ironed cleanly at high temperature for each guest, and is replaced with new bedding every season.

✔ This property is a ½ basement structure: 1st floor (semi-basement) of the entire 3-story house, the host is the owner of the house on that floor)

Although it is semi-basement, it is well lit and ventilated, so it maintains a bright and comfortable environment — Please refer to photos and guest reviews. However, we would like to state once again that this is not a house where you can expect a beautiful view.

The overall interior has a bright and peaceful atmosphere, and it is kept bright, fuzzy, and clean, so many guests especially like this.

✔ This house was designed and completely renovated by a host who majored in modern art.

From furniture to small decorative elements, most of them were made by hand, creating an overall warm and harmonious atmosphere.

✔ The interior, floors, walls, furniture, fixtures, etc. are repaired or replaced at least 10 times a year to keep them in good condition at all times — From small parts such as changing the microwave or buying new bedding, to large tasks such as renovating the entire bathroom or floor, we are constantly sparing no time or money and managing them with great care.

Since our house is only open to long-term guests of at least 2 weeks, I, the host, personally greet guests upon arrival and provide friendly and detailed check-in and house guidance for approximately 30-40 minutes. In addition to providing guidance on the overall home, we strive to reduce inconvenience and inquiry time during your stay by providing advance guidance on how to operate the air conditioner and boiler and how to use various home appliances.
