가족과 사는데 자가격리를 해야하는 상황이 갑작스레 생겨서 급하게 예약했는데, 예약 과정, 격리 기간 동안 너무 친절하게 응대해주셔서 좋았습니다! 숙소 시설도 좋고, 일주일 생활하며 필요한 기본적인 물품들도 모두 구비되어 있어 편리했습니다.

솔직히 시설이용적 측면에서는 비싼 가격이지만 자가격리를 꼭 해야만하는 상황에서는 받아주는 것만으로도 감지덕지였습니다.
그리고 프론트직원들이 언제나 친절하게 응대해주셔서 너무 고마웠구요
시설은 두 사람이 지내기에는 많이 좁고 혼자 지내기에 적당히 좁습니다.
식사는 삼시세끼 주는데 복도에 놓고가기때문에 시간을 넘기면 다 식어버립니다.
그래서도 제때 식사하게 됩니다 ㅎ 덕분에 잘 지내다 나왔습니다!Feb 2022 -

I stayed at the DH Naissance hotel for the 14-day mandatory quarantine. It could not have been a more pleasant stay ! The room was very clean, comfortable, and most importantly the view over Seongbuk-gu was just outstanding! Thanks a lot for being very helpful during my stay: room service was delivered very quickly and the quality was exquisite! I highly recommend DH Naissance Hotel, and I look forward to booking it again!
