신규 오픈한 곳이고, 숙소 상태가 매우 좋아서, 공유홈으로 사용하기에는 아까울 정도입니다.
- 독립성 및 프라이버시: 방마다 화장실과 샤워실이 있어서, 독립성이 보장됩니다. 도로와 인접하였으나, 살짝 안쪽이어서 조용하고, 소방도로도 잘 확보되어 있어서, 안심이 되었습니다. 자가격리 용도로도 추천합니다.
- 보안 및 안전: 1층 출입구, 숙소가 위치한 층 출입구, 각 호수별 도어락이 잘 되어 있고, 복도에도 CC 카메라가 설치되어, 늦은 시각에도 안전합니다. 엘리베이터+계단이 넓게 확보되어 있어서, 높은 층이라도 안전하게 이용이 가능합니다.
- 접근성: 홍대입구 지하철 2호선, 공항철도와 인접해 있어서 매우 편리합니다. 도로에 매우 가깝지만, 안쪽에 있어서, 신기할만큼 조용하고, 골목이 넓어서 택시도 쉽게 들어옵니다.
- 주변 인프라: 쇼핑몰, 맛집, 옷가게는 물론이고, 도보 10분 거리 내에 극장이 2개나 있어서, 볼거리와 놀거리가 많습니다. 도보 3분 경의선 책거리는 인증샷 맛집입니다~ 주변에 맛있는 커피집과 아티잔 베이커리들이 많아서, 꼭 둘러보시면 좋겠습니다.
- 편이성: 숙소 50M 내에 이마트 24시가 있습니다. 숙소 복도에 자율판매 코너가 있어서, 생수/세안도구/스넥 등 편리하게 구매가능합니다. 배달의 민족, 쿠팡이츠 등 배달음식 주문이 용이하고, 쿠팡 새벽 배송도 모두 잘 전달받았습니다.
- 냉/난방: 난방이 잘 되고, 외풍이 없어서, 따뜻하게 잘 지냈습니다.
- 내부시설: 전자렌지, 인덕션, 세탁기 등 대부분 가전제품이 국내 메이저 업체 것으로, 퀄리티가 높습니다. 수건도 매우 넉넉하게 제공됩니다.
- 호스트: 호스트 분이 친절하고, 사려 깊습니다. 이용시, 문의사항이나 불편 사항이 있으면, 실시간 채팅으로 도움받을 수 있습니다. 커뮤니케이션 에러로 인하여, 잠시 오해가 있었으나, 호스트께서 원만하게 잘 처리해주셔서, 퇴실까지 잘 지냈습니다.Jan 2023 -
