#1 Long-term reservation and self-isolation.
- For long-term discount reservations for more than one week, separate settlement of withdrawal from utility bills and deposits (expected to be 200,000 to 100,000 depending on the amount of use)
- For the purpose of self-quarantine, separate settlement of discharge from the $100 deposit for quarantine expenses.
- You can freely enter and exit the rooftop (12 hours a day or use when there are no users on the 5th floor/I'll contact you if you need to consult with the 5th floor)
#2 Additional options related to short-term reservations.
- Reservation criteria: Reservation for the number of guests + $20 per visitor option
- Parking: Affiliated parking lot within a 2-minute walk. More than 25,000 to 10 cars is possible + $1 to $20 option in the building.
- Rooftop: $20 per person. (In some cases, it needs to be checked in advance)
- Barbecue: $20 separate option for a set of Weberlills (including 2 charcoal rods, charcoal, mesh, gloves)
- Campfire in large size: $20 option (1 box of oak, including gloves)
- $20 per hour for check-in and out time adjustment.
#3 Other precautions
- Prior consultation regarding rooftop use is necessary.

- Within the standard time for incoming and outgoing rooms, both preparation time and cleaning time are included.
- General waste vs recycling (plastic, plastic) vs negative = separate and discharge only three types of wastes.
- Dishwashing after using cooking utensils. (If you have a lot of people, I recommend you to buy disposable items.)
- Only pet rooftop is allowed (indoor access is only possible if prior consultation is made)
- CCTV installation for security purposes at the entrance of the rooftop and the entrance to the living room or kitchen.
- Indoor noise. Okay! But rooftop singing high, amp, game not allowed... (Pre-consultation is required when using the rooftop after 23 o'clock)
- The user is responsible for incidents caused by carelessness during rental, such as falls in fire drinking accidents.(Crying)
