Hello,
It is cozy and comfortable house for staying.
My house's style is natural and cozy for staying.
It is near by Hongik Uni. Station and located peaceful neighborhoods.
House Rule
Please follow the below rules.
-Check-in: After 15:00
-Check-out: Until 11:00
-No party (Be quite from 10pm - 8am)
-Early check-in and late check-out are possible depending on the reservation status, and if requested at the time of reservation, we will inform you of availability on the day of check-in (extra charge).
- No outsiders allowed (Only booking people can use the facility)
(There is CCTV for the safety inside the building. If there are more people than the number of reservations, an additional fee of KRW 50,000 won per person and day will be charged for the penalty)
-Pets are not allowed (reimbursement is required in case of damage or damage)
-No smoking in the house or building (100,000 won when smoking is detected)
(If you are caught smoking, you will be taken out without refund. In the event of a fire, you are entirely responsible for the guest, and the guest is responsible for all damages caused by it.)
-Please separate garbage (general garbage (general garbage bag), recycling (transparent plastic bag) and food (yellow food bag)) and throw it out in front of the building.
-If a complaint occurs due to noise or other problems, we will move out without refund.
-Please note that damage or damage to equipment and furniture in the space may require reimbursement.
-Commercial video and photo shooting is only possible after confirmation with the host, and violation of this may result in penalty or dismissal.

여행을 자주 다녀서
호텔,펜션,에어비엔비 등 숙박을 자주 하는데 다녀본 곳 중에서
손꼽아 청결하였고 침구도 훌륭했습니다. 캔들냄새가 기억에 남을 것 같습니다.
특히 호스트님이 친절하였고 궁금한 사항이 있을 때 즉시 답변해주셨습니다.
홍대입구역 1번 출구에서 조금만 걸어가면 숙소가 있어 위치도 좋습니다.
다만 놀이터 주변에 숙소가 위치해 있어 밤에 떠드는소리 소음이 있어 아쉬웠고, 암막커튼이 아니여서 창문에 불빛이 들어와서 잠을 설쳤습니다. 이건 제 문제이기 때문에 혹시 저처럼 잠자리가 예민하신분들은 참고하시길바랍니다.
다음에 홍대, 연남동 여행 할때 다시 방문하고싶은 숙소입니다! 적극추천해드립니다!!!May 2021 -

인도네시아출장을 마치고 2주 자가격리를 이곳에서 했었는데요!
유투버인 제 직업에 딱 맞게 햇살도 잘들어오고 하얀 베이스에 어디서 찍어도 이쁘게 나오는 깔끔하고 aesthetic한 숙소였습니다!
특별히 호스트님이 세심하게 (여러가지 그릇, 와인잔, 맥주잔, 쓰레기봉지 등등) 이것저것 숙소에 준비해주신것들 덕분에 제집마냥 편하게 지냈습니다
또 제가 좋아하는 연남동이라 먹고싶은 맛집에서 음식을 시킬수 있어서 너무 좋았구요! 쓰레기 버리는곳도 바로 앞이라 좋았어요! 자가격리 였지만 저 혼자만의 시간을 만끽할 수 있는 곳에 즐겁게 있다 갑니다!Apr 2021 - Reviews for this host's other properties
