[Summary]
This traditional Korean house with a yard at the centre of Seoul is unique.
It is Located 500m, 7min on foot away from Exit 12 of Seoul Station.
The rooms only for yours without other guests for 8 people. One has 3 single beds. Another has 1 queen-sized bed. There are also extra bedding sets for 3 people.
You can use public transportation conveniently to access everywhere including the airport.
It's early check-out time but depends on next day situation, we can adjust it :)

You will be able to feel the comfort you haven't felt in the centre of the city.
This house is located in the central downtown of Seoul. The meaning is there are many public transportations available and easy access to major tourist destinations such as Gwanghwamun, Gyeongbok Palace, Hongdae, Namsan Tower, Namdaemun Market, Myeongdong, and Itaewon and the airports.
You can get to Seoul Station in less than 10 minutes on foot. There are numerous railways, including KTX, ITX and Mugunghwa trains at Seoul station. Metro which is line 1, 4, the Gyeongui Central and the Airport Railroad are also available at Seoul Station. You can freely travel anywhere in the country.
You can get to the top of Namsan on foot for 30 min away 2km from this house. The way is well organized. The view of Seoul from Namsan is spectacular.
I who is the host with a lot of experience travelling can understand and help with many of your worries about coming to a foreign country.
From the moment you step into this house, you can take a rest and feel free in this house
House Rule
Since it is a space used with other people, there are inevitably some rules. Thank you for your understanding. 1. The key is shared with the host. Be sure to use it and put it in the key box. 2. Please be quiet in the yard after 9pm. After this time, please use the room when you have a conversation or drink :) 3. Please put your garbage and food waste into a separate bag and throw it away. Please collect the recyclable waste separately. 4. Clean kitchen utensils with detergent for the next person to use! 5. No smoking indoors. Smoking is only allowed in front of a kettle placed on the wall of the yard. 6. Check-out is at 9am as the host must come to work. A little early? If there are no other guests in the reservation, or on the weekend, please let us know if you can adjust it! 7. We were looking for a place to spend some time in Seoul and a friend told us about a nice guesthouse in wehome. It was very easy to find our way to the guesthouse because of the distinctive mural. And the hill was a good exercise. There was a convenience store and food store which was convenient. The bus stop was also in a good location. The guesthouse had four beds and a sofa bed, but we stayed with two people and used it spaciously. We sometimes had online meetings, and the WiFi was very convenient. The host also gave us kind messages and we had the most comfortable 4 days.

<<극악의 청결도>> 1. 마당 관리가 전혀 안됨. 1-1. 사진과 판이하게 다름. 더럽고 음산함. 1-2. 벌레가 많음 2. 냄새 2-1. 3시간동안 환기를 시켜도 곰팡이 냄새 등 불쾌한 냄새가 안 빠짐. 솔직히 더러워서 뭘 못 만지겠음. 3. 청소 3-1. 음식물 쓰레기 남아있었음. ⭐️4. 침구류⭐️ 4-1. 숙박업소 임에도 침구가 헤지고 누렇고 이물질이 묻어있었음. 확인 후 교체 필 4-2. 매트리스 교체 필 5. 신발장 없음. 실외에 놔야함. ⭐️6. 바닥 꺼짐⭐️ 6-1. 침대방 바닥 걸을 때마다 언제 부서질까 무서워 잘 가지도 않음. 이건 소비자의 안전을 위해 꼭 수리해야함. 7. 사장님 친절

스타일러, 옷걸이, 와인잔, 인덕션, 건조기, 다리미, 커피메이커, 식기세척기 없습니다. 변기 수입이 너무 낮아 볼 일을 주변 공중화장실에서 봤어요. 체크아웃 후 청소 관리를 전혀 안 하시는 듯 합니다. 싱크대에 음식물이 그대로 있었어요. 벌레도 너무 많은데 방충망이나 모기장 관리가 전혀 안되어있고, 방 안에 개미나 하루살이들이 너무 많습니다. 기대했던 마당도 생각보다 너무 좁고 청소도 안 되어 있어서 머물며 내내 불편했습니다. 침구류도 깨끗하지 않고 얼룩이 너무 많아서 다른 물건들을 쓸 때도 찝찝했고, 식기류도 지저분한 데다가 수저 수도 맞지 않았습니다. 기본적으로 휴지도 화장실에만 놓여있어서 물티슈, 일회용접시, 휴지, 종이컵 등을 모두 새로 사와서 사용했어요. 비추천합니다…^^

호스트 연락은 빠르고 친절하셔서 좋았는데요. 마당에 들어갔을 때 많은 낙엽과 뒷문에 쓰레기 봉투가 쌓여 있어 관리가 되지 않는 듯한 첫 느낌을 받았습니다. 그리고 숙소에 들어가보면 대체적으로 깔끔한 것 같았으나 빨래 수거함엔 사용하던 수건이 한 가득이었고 주방 싱크대는 정리정돈이 안되어 있었어요. 설거지를 하고 욕실에 들어가면 물이 넘쳐 위생적이지 못했고요. 이 부분들만 개선하면 좋은 숙소가 될 것이라 생각됩니다.

We had a comfortable quarantine stay here. The host was great about getting responding to requests. The house and appliances are a bit old but usable. The kitchen is not outfitted for doing a lot of cooking (small refrigerator, etc.) but fine for those who plan to eat out or take out. The location was very convenient with lots of restaurants nearby.

조용하고, 깔끔한 숙소입니다. 화장실도 넓고 깔끔했구요, 마당에 바베큐 할 수 있는 것이 장점이라고 생각합니다. 호스트님하고 연락이 잘돼서 편했어요~ 덕분에 잘 놀고 쉬다 갑니다.
