6. During all stays, guests are obliged to cleanly use and maintain the accommodation's internal facilities, just like their own home.
7. Guests are required to separate garbage and clean up upon check-out.
8. When the outside temperature drops below minus 5 degrees in winter, the guest must slightly turn the water tap in the direction of hot water before going to bed to prevent the water pipe from freezing.

If self-isolating guest violates the guidelines below, the guest house can claim [guest house deposit and damages] to the guest. 1.Guest must install the Corona Self-Isolating App, and must always possess a mobile phone with the app installed. 2.If the guest break away from the contracted room during the self-isolation period (according to the Infectious Disease Prevention Act), the guest will be sentenced to up to 10 million won or up to one year in prison. 3. Therefore, unauthorized outings are prohibited during this period, and if guesthouse employees or public officials detect unauthorized outings, guests will be charged a 1 million won as guesthouse deposit and damages. If the coronavirus negative result sheet is not submitted to us before check-in, the reservation will be canceled based on the negligence of the guest, as the precautions will not be understood properly even if the reservation has been made. If a guest has a positive result of coronavirus after entering the guesthouse, the amount for the remaining period of stay is non-refundable, and the guest is obligated and responsible to comply with the instructions of the Korean government and public health officials. We believe that you understand and agree to the above, and our staff are accepting your reservation.
