House rules

Check-in time 15:00 ~ 22: 00 Check-out time ~ 11: 00 (AM) Cleaning time 11: 00 ~ 15: 00 Pets are not allowed in our house. Parking is available, but please inquire when using it. Our guesthouse is completely non-smoking indoors. Please go outside the house to smoke. Our guest house is used as an electronic key. The entrance and the room are the same height. Please note that loss of the key will incur a loss fee of KRW 20000. It doesn't matter which time you come in after check-in, but if you come in late in the morning, please come in quietly so as not to disturb other people's lives. Our quiet time is from 22: 00 to 06: 00.

This is a clean and comfortable guesthouse.

It is located 2~3 minutes away from Exit 3 of Hongik University Station. The location is great as the subway station is right in front. There is a Yeonnam-dong restaurant and a park next to the hostel, so you can eat delicious food and relax while walking through the park. Our guesthouses are always kept clean enough to come back to visitors. All of the owners are kind and will try to solve as much as possible when something happens.
