#Reservation criteria and additional options
-Reservation Criteria: Reservation by number of guests + 20$ per person option for visiting
-Parking: 2 minutes walking distance from affiliated parking lot more than 250,000 10 cars available + 20$ option for 1 car in the building
-Barbecue: Gas burner & grill included + 1 set of web bug reel 20$ optional (2 bags of charcoal, ignition coal, disposable net, gloves included)
-Campfire oversized furnace: 20$ option (1 oak box, including gloves)
-Option of 20$ per hour with adjustable check-in & out time

#Other notes
-Designated smoking place: Ashtray in the center of the rooftop (No smoking on the 5th floor and stairs, fire caution)
-During the rental time, both preparation time and clean-up time are included.
-General trash vs. recycling (plastic, plastic) vs. drinking = separated and discharged in only three
-Wash the dishes after using the cooking utensils (If there are a lot of people, it is recommended to prepare disposable items)
-Pets can access rooftop, living room needs discussion on diapers, gender, etc.
-Installation of CCTV for security purposes at the rooftop entrance and living room entrance
-Indoor noise OK! but rooftop high performance, amplifier, and games are not allowed.. (Prior consultation is required when using rooftop after 23:00)
-Be sure to pay attention to fires, drinking accidents, falls, etc. during rental use (Users are responsible for accidents that occur due to negligence during use)
14 50% refund if canceled 30 days before the use date. No refund afterwards.
15 Separate settlement of 50,000 per person when the number of visitors is missing, and 50,000 when violating precautions.
